We offer the following interest free and low interest payment plans for all balances $200.00 or more through Care Credit:

• 6 months 0%
• 12 months 0%
• 24-48 months 14.90% for amounts from $1,000.00 and up.
• 60 months 16.90% for amounts from $2,500.00 and up

All cosmetic quotes are honored for 6 months at which time prices may have increased. Please contact our office when you are ready to schedule.

Collection policy for cosmetic surgery

1. 10% of the total treatment fee is required at the time you schedule your cosmetic procedure. The remainder will be due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled surgery; typically, at your Pre-Op appointment whichever comes first.
2. If you cancel prior to the 2-week deadline we will refund your 10% deposit.
3. If you cancel less than 2 weeks from your scheduled surgery your deposit of 10% will not be refunded; however, if your surgery is rescheduled within 3 months from the original date of surgery we will apply the 10% to your upcoming surgery.

Discount and collection policy

1. We offer a 5% CASH/CHECK discount to all cosmetic surgery procedures; however, this does not apply to products, or injectable fillers.
2. Discounts cannot be combined.
3. Payment in full is required two weeks in advance for all cosmetic surgery procedures excluding injectable fillers which can be paid on the same day.
4. Estimated insurance copays are collected the day of your procedure unless otherwise specified by the financial coordinator.
